3. Fill in the power of attorney: send a test application to Youke and fill in the power of attorney (there will be a special person to guide the filling);

4. Payment and provision of sample data: payment shall be made according to the agreed quotation, and sufficient samples and product data shall be provided as required;

5. Arrange inspection: inspect the products according to the entrusted requirements;

6. Issue report: issue a report according to the test data, and send the report, invoice and sample back to the customer.
